If, when you open your package, you notice that an item is damaged or does not correspond to the item ordered, you must contact our complaints department using the contact form or by e-mail (contact@lamodeuse.com), enclosing a photo of the item in question and its label. If the request concerns a pair of shoes, we will also ask you to send a photo of the sole in order to confirm its use. After studying your request, the complaints department will get back to you as soon as possible and offer you a suitable solution.
